Snippet: Comics for Development

A few of the “most prestigious” (El País) comic artists traveled abroad (or will do so) to visit development projects of Intermón Oxfam and are cooperating with the NGO in its “Más y mejor ayuda” [More and better help] project to educate the greater public in an entertaining way about their work and to reduce prejudices connected to development work.

Involved are Miguel Gallardo, Cristina Durán,  Miguel Ángel Giner, Paco Roca, Álvaro Ortiz, Sonia Pulido, David Rubín, Antonia Santolaya and Enrique Flores.

There is a picture gallery of cooperacómics here, a travel notebook by Miguel Gallardo for download here and mobile apps available on the Oxfam page.
